This Mauna Lani Terrace villa overlooks the serene Mauna Lani Lagoon, lush landscaping and surf of the Pacific Ocean. Revel in a kitchen that has been upgraded with the finest koa cabinetry, topped with an exquisite granite countertop.

No expense has been spared as the built in, top of the line appliances are all finished with sophisticated stainless steel. The overlapping palms outside the kitchen window provide you with a naturally built wall of privacy.

Two luxurious stools sit at the granite countertop, with three contemporary pendant lights illuminating the area for casual dining fresh off the glass cooktop.

Just off of the kitchen is the dining area.  An island style glass dining room table seats four and is designed with golden pineapple and bamboo cushions while a beveled edged mirror creates an additional spacious feel. A bronze hula maiden poses under the desk lamp on an antique wooden desk facing the ocean view.

The welcoming sectional in the living area offers a seating area to enjoy the large flat screen television with surround sound via the Bose CD/DVD player.  A designer leather arm chair has a cushioned contoured back for absolute comfort. A magnificent stone carved Asian piece is spotlighted as it serves as the focal point of the living room wall. The great oversized wooden leaves spin overhead ornately functioning as the blades of the ceiling fan. From the bronze monsteria leaves and the koa canoe paddle displayed on the wall, to the jeweled costumes of the Asian statues, the fusion of Hawaiian and Asian decorum blend flawlessly together.

Louvered double doors open up to the master suite where a king size bed with delicate canopy curtains and flat screen television with DVD player await. The spotlight above the bed highlights an intricate piece of fossilized butterflies in an array of stunning color. A private lanai is accessible through the suites large sliding glass doors. A louvered door separates this lanai from the remainder for peaceful surrender. Two reclining tropical beach chairs provide outdoor seating to enjoy the picturesque scene of paradise. 

Retire to the king sized bed in the guest suite, where collector's paintings portray the essence of island life. A flat screen television rests atop a sizable dresser, and a mirror reflects the vibrancy emitting from the red hibiscus painting. Two cushioned resort lounge chairs are positioned outside of this private lanai entrance. Enter the double doors of the guest bathroom where a walk in shower prepares to pamper you with five body sprayers. Natural lighting peers down through a niche onto an oriental statue nestled across from the showers entrance. A waterfall faucet mounts the vanity countertop that reflects the recessed lighting with gorgeous embedded metallic slivers. 

A powder room near the entry features plantation lamps and a tile border which enhance the pedestal sink and mirror. A fabulous painting of koi fish within this room will mesmerize you with its life like appearance. Italian Marble floors are throughout the entire villa including the expansive lanai. A glass table with seating for four is available at the center of the lanai. It creates the perfect setting for everyone to gather for a meal or refreshments in the open tropic air. A cleverly hidden wet bar can be found behind louvered doors.
